
Downtown Minneapolis is home to Skyscape a progressive 250-unit condominium development. The base blends in with the existing neighborhood buildings and the parking deck is wrapped with smaller boutique units. It included a large green roof with lawn bowling, full spa, workout facilities, club room and 12,000 square feet of retail anchored by CVS Pharmacy. The units ranged from small 1 bedrooms to large Penthouses. As the owner and developer, Paul Dincin, coordinated all aspects of the project including marketing, zoning and finance.
