Charles Davidson has served in real estate development leadership positions for the past 20 years. During his career, he has directed the construction, design, and development of numerous projects. These projects have included high-rise buildings, mixed-use buildings, condominiums, Single Family homes, rental apartment communities, Institutional facilities, hotels, infrastructure, and energy projects.

Prior to joining Mr. Dincin at Catapult, Charles served in Senior Level Operation Management at Northwestern University, Tandem Real Estate Development, LLC, and Lend Lease Construction Co. He has an Undergraduate Degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Urban Planning and Construction Management. He obtained his master’s degree in Real Estate and Project Management from Northwestern University.

Charles’ approach to the development and construction process enables highly complicated projects to be realized with a maximum value at a minimal cost.
