  • Meet with Ownership to determine goals and objectives
  • Review current property status
  • Review comparable sold and for sale properties (comps) in the competitive market area
  • Determine Primary Buyer Targets
  • Prepare customized marketing materials
  • Implement a multi-faceted marketing approach which includes email marketing, property website, cold calling, direct marketing, dissemination to multiple syndicated platforms, and member-only Multiple Listing Systems
  • Offer Review, Financial, Qualitative and Quantitative Analysis
  • Transaction Negotiations
  • Finalize negotiations and document execution
  • Oversee and support completion of due diligence and closing
