
This development was a warehouse loft conversion ofa 1920’s leather factory in the Bridgeport neighborhood of Chicago. It contained 71 condominium units situated within five floors including new penthouses and duplex on the 1stfloor and basement. Union Lofts broke new ground as the first project of its kind in the area. Paul Dincin was the project’s developer and successfully sold out the property. Charles Davidson coordinated all aspects of construction.
